Pricing and Services

I will meet with you and discuss your goals, expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. 

I will review our eight-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gather those all-important first impressions. 

Working together, we’ll roll up our sleeves and spend a couple hours staging a couple of the main areas of the home in order to give you a visual of how to transform spaces. 

At the end of this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Fox Staging & Redesign Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover. 

We’ll take some gorgeous photos for you and your agent to use in your marketing efforts. 

Fine tuning services are available.

This service is for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise or are less than 2000 square feet. 

The Fox Staging & Redesign consultant will be working from our eight-step Action Plan.  In the consultation, we began to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home.  We will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room, take great photos for your agent’s marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what to purchase that goes a long way in updating each room of the home. 

We’ll stop just shy of our half day in order to assess our progress.  At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Fox Staging & Redesign Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover. 

We’ll also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides or links for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.

This service is for those homes that need a little more attention and expertise or are over 2000 square feet. 

We spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. 

You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  You’ll walk away with a show-ready home, photos for your agents marketing efforts, and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look. 

We’ll stop just shy of our full day in order to assess our progress.  At this time, we’ll go through the home with you and fill out our Fox Staging & Redesign Action Plan, so you can complete the look on your own.  The Action Plan will detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover. 

We’ll also email you “Do-It-Yourself” guides or links for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.

This service is perfect to make a great first impression for the house that is just about to go onto the market or have an Open House!

A Fox Staging & Redesign consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend transforming the house into a buyers dream.  The consultant will be working with a detailed Fox Staging & Redesign Action Plan (included) that will be given to the home seller to complete the transformations at the end of the session. 

To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!

We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that serve as investments in the sale of your home.
